PART-TIME TELLERS

We are currently seeking part-time Tellers for our Rockport & Dale locations. The work schedule will require approximately 28 hours per week. The position will also require working every Saturday.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide account services to customers.
  • Process transactions, including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, cashing checks, loan payments, and payoffs.    Process cashier checks, VISA card advances, advances, IRA deposits.
  • Process night deposits and check orders.
  • Cash handing and reconciling cash drawer.
  • Coin wrapping
  • Scanning and transmitting transactions.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as directed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Outstanding listening and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, follow directions and apply policies, procedures and guidelines.
  • Basic math proficiency with the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
  • Basic computer knowledge with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook).

 

Loan Administrative Assistant

We are currently seeking a Loan Administrative Assistant at our Huntingburg location. The work schedule will require approximately 40-45 hours per week.

Overall Responsibility:

Responsible to provide administrative support to the lenders, assist lenders with loan processing, gather loan documents and provide assistance and service in order to assure customer satisfaction.

Key Job Duties:

  • Responsible for processing consumer & commercial loans.
  • Responsible for organizing loan documentation.
  • Review all documentation necessary for loan approval for accuracy and completeness.
  • Assists in responding to questions from consumers throughout the loan process.
  • Follow-up on outstanding documentation needed for the loan file.
  • Work with the lender to secure all necessary documents for the loan file.
  • Responsible for the tracking of insurance throughout the life of the loan.
  • Responsible for paid loan file documents.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with loan officers, co-workers and customers.
  • Responsible to field phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Performs additional responsibilities as needed to keep the loan functions of the bank performing efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
